At times, stores will want to close. Whether it is to close the store entirely and be sold or if they want to disable their ping services for the moment. Here are the steps for these requests.


  1. Open store provision tool
  2. Input the store number
  3. Click on the pencil image (to the right, in blue) to edit the store's information
  4. Check off the box for "always closed" (to the left) and then click on edit (to the right) to save the changes (see image below for this step)




5.  Once that is completed, leave a note on the ticket and assign it to the sales team



In the instance where the store is NOT being sold and PING services want to be terminated, leave a note on the ticket and assign it to the Services Deployment team.
